SAN-AIR will evaporate into the air space and as it comes into contact with airborne germs, mould and spores, it will kill mould on contact, interfering with its breathing process and kill germs by interfering with its reproductive process.

SAN-AIR can be used in any closed air environment where the air is recirculated. For example offices, homes, caravans, storage units, in all types of air conditioning systems, as well as transport vehicles with closed windows, such as cars, trucks, trains, RV’s, boats and planes.

SAN-AIR is made from 100% natural ingredients, and the gel evaporates and disperses at less than 5 parts per million. It presents no known hazards toward people or pets. For further information, please see the MSDS.

SAN-AIR is made from natural ingredients into a biodegradable gel or liquid. All SAN-AIR products are environmentally friendly.

After peeling off the film beneath the lid, open the number of vents on the lid required for the size of the area you are planning to use it in (each vent is suitable for areas up to 20 square meters). For instance, if you are using it in a 30 square meter area, you will need to open 2 vents on the lid. 

Thereafter, place the pottle on any surface in the area close to some air flow, as the gel requires air to flow over it to evaporate and spread it throughout the air space.

SAN-AIR gel needs air flow to evaporate and spread it throughout the space. If you are using the pottle in an area with little to no air flow, we recommend using the gel pottle with our air diffuser, which will ‘create’ air flow and help to evaporate and disperse the vapour into the air space. 

The air diffuser has 3 interval settings to choose from – day, night or 24 hours, and 3 frequency settings – 1 min on/1 min off, 1 min on/3 mins off, and 1 min on/ 5 mins off. Depending on the size of the space and the severity of the issue, choose the interval and frequency settings to suit.

The pottles last for between 6-8 weeks and the Split System gel pack for 10-12 weeks.

SAN-AIR is made from 20 different Australian plant extracts, made into proprietary essential oils combined with water and natural binding agents (a series of vegetable gums blended together), and stabilised, so the typical room concentration is less than 5 parts per million, making it safe, 100% natural and non-toxic.

When the gel turns into a hard, nugget-like, brown piece, this means it is time to replace it to ensure continuous protection from mould, spores, bacteria and viruses.

Most traditional cleaners and mould killers rely on harsh chemicals to eliminate mould and often fail to kill the spores, which results in mould growing again. These mould products may provide immediate relief, but fall short when it comes to long-term benefits, and usually require constant application.

It releases safe, microscopic particles into the air that neutralises mould spores and prevents its recurrence. SAN-AIR is unique in that it allows you to set-and-forget it in areas, and it will work around the clock to target and kill mould in your indoor spaces.

SAN-AIR kills the bacteria and mould that is the cause of the unpleasant odours. By killing the bacteria, it in turn eliminates the nasty smells.

SAN-AIR’s Pet Odour Eliminator is formulated with the same base ingredients as the other SAN-AIR gels, but contains added components that destroys faecal bacteria and accompanying odours.
